Melissa Sterenberg has been creating mosaics for over thirteen years. Introduced to the art form by her eldest daughter, who is an artist and art teacher in Chicago, Melissa quickly discovered a deep passion for mosaic work that has shaped her creative journey ever since.

With a background in portraiture, ink drawing, tole painting, jewelry making, and more, Melissa has explored many artistic mediums. Since retiring, she has devoted herself exclusively to mosaics, bringing together color, texture, and pattern in beautifully crafted, one-of-a-kind pieces.
