Husband-and-wife team Steve and Debbie Stair collaborate to create distinctive, handcrafted glass art that blends craftsmanship with creativity. While Debbie continues in a full-time career she truly loves, Steve retired several years ago, opening the door for the couple to turn a shared passion into a meaningful business venture.

What began as a hobby—creating glass pieces for their own enjoyment and as gifts for friends and family—naturally evolved into a joint artistic pursuit. Steve’s more than 40 years of welding experience proved invaluable as the couple transitioned from mosaics into stained glass, bringing strength, precision, and durability to every piece they create. Debbie’s lifelong interest in exploring a variety of artistic mediums is especially evident in her glass work. Her stained glass designs showcase strong composition and color, while her growing passion for fused glass allows for greater experimentation with texture, layering, and movement. Through fused glass, Debbie explores the expressive possibilities of molten glass—combining colors, patterns, and inclusions to create pieces that range from functional art to purely decorative forms. Each fused piece is carefully designed, kiln-fired, and often shaped or slumped, resulting in artwork that is both visually dynamic and uniquely individual.
